UPDATE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

We are presently at war with the Corona virus, which has confronted our society with a virtually unprecedented crisis. We see it as our social responsibility to effectively defeat the Covid-19 virus as quickly as possible, while minimising the number of its victims. We fully support the ´flatten the curve´ principle. At the request of the government and in order to reduce the risk curve and slow the further spread of the virus, a number of measures impose themselves.

The economic mission of our group of companies is focused entirely on healthcare and assistance. Our users are primarily patients and residents, people with lowered resistance, and thus an increased-risk group in this pandemic. But doctors, nurses and assistants also use our products, precisely those people who today are fighting on the front lines of the health crisis and on whom we will be relying heavily in the coming months.

Along with several Draconian internal measures, in order to combat infection and be able to guarantee the continuity of our services to customers, we can share the following recommendations:

More than ever we form a single front, as people and as a company, against Corona.

  • All non-urgent interventions at customers are postponed until a later date.
  • 25-8 service remains guaranteed, even in the event of the total evacuation of our offices.
  • Until further notice we will not allow works to be done at sites where nursing personnel or patients/residents are present.
  • Urgent interventions in care institutions can still be performed, provided that a number of important guidelines are followed (maintaining distance, hand hygiene, isolation while working, etc.)
  • 25-8 is putting all commercial marketing campaigns on hold until further notice.
  • Communicate as much as possible via digital channels; all 25-8 representatives can easily invite people to participate in video conferences, for example.
  • When visiting our offices, we ask that you use the hand disinfectant available at the entrance of the building, do not shake hands with anyone, and please stay at least 2 meters away from other people.
  • When visiting our offices, please use the stairways alone: all doors are being kept open, you will not have to touch any door handles.
  • Meetings in our offices are limited to a maximum of four persons. We are only using the large boardroom, with quarantine measures and several disinfection sweeps being done each day.

Because of our close business relationships with Chinese and Italian suppliers, for several weeks now we have been applying the strategy of “prepare for the worst, hope for the best”. Appropriate responses are on hand for all possible scenarios. It is not excluded that other measures will follow, we are keeping a close eye on all developments and doing everything in our power to protect you and keep our people available.

In any event, our service remains guaranteed. If you have questions or would like additional information, you can contact:
