As Sales Assistant you are the contact for the customer and colleagues for everything related to our connectivity offer.
Your tasks include processing the contacts of products and services sold, as well as monitoring activation. You are also responsible for after-sales service and deal with all kinds of questions and changes emerging from the agreed contract.
You are in close contact with the operator's customer department concerning ongoing topics, control of remuneration lists and required corrections. You remain in regular contact with the operators concerning promotions and activities which you directly update on the customer portfolio.
